Collaborative ART
Refer your client for the ART Procedure or visit our ART Page for more information on the ART Process.
ART referral page for licensed therapists. Refer your client for a short course of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, keep the relationship, and get your client back.
For licensed therapists
You keep the client. We move the memory.
Collaborative ART for therapists whose clients are stuck on one thing.
We are not recruiting your caseload. You name the theme, we work that theme, you get notes, and your client comes back to you. That is the whole arrangement. It is in writing, it is time limited, and it ends.
If your client wants to meet us before anything is signed, we offer a $25 consult that’s 30 minutes long. No pressure and no sales pitch. It exists so a nervous client can put a face to the referral.
Your client never has to say the details out loud. Not to us, and not to you. ART processes the image, not the narrative. They keep the memory. They lose the charge.
New to ART? The plain overview lives at hopeplacetx.com/art.
Two minutes on how this works, from Rachel
How the collaboration works
- You start it. Referrals come from you, not from your client. Fill in their name, date of birth, phone and email.
- Send the ROI. Email the release your client signed to info@hopeplacetx.com, or if your client prefers we will see them for a $25 consult that’s 30 minutes long to explain ART to them.
- We reach out. We contact your client, tell them plainly that you referred them, and get them scheduled.
- We sign our own release. So the information can travel back to you legitimately, in both directions.
- You get the notes. Session content and progress, written for a clinician.
- They come back to you. The theme is worked. The therapeutic relationship stays yours.
The referral
Four short steps, about three minutes. This page is for licensed clinicians. Clients never fill it out: you start it, and we call them.

About you
Tell us who is referring.
Your client
Who are we meeting?
We contact them directly, and we tell them plainly that you referred them.
The referral
Name the theme.
We work one theme, not general therapy. Name it the way you would in a case consult. One or two sentences is plenty.
That is fine. We explain ART when we reach out, or at the $25 consult if they would rather meet us first.
Optional on purpose. It helps us prepare, and it changes nothing about whether we accept the referral.
The release
How will the signed release reach us?
A PDF or a clear photo is fine. JPG, PNG and HEIC all work.
Put your client’s first name in the subject line so we can match it quickly.
The signed copy will follow.
Offer them the $25 consult that’s 30 minutes long, and handle the release there.
Your referral goes straight to our care team inside our HIPAA covered Google Workspace. No third party form service touches it. You will get a confirmation email.
The referral is in.
Thank you. We reach out to your client, tell them plainly that you referred them, and get them scheduled. A confirmation email is on its way to you now.
One more step. Email the signed release to info@hopeplacetx.com with your client’s first name in the subject line.
Email the release nowWe noted your verbal release. Send the signed copy to info@hopeplacetx.com when you have it.
We will offer your client the $25 consult when we reach out, and handle the release there.
Progress notes come back the way you chose. When the theme is worked, your client comes back to you.
