Kimberly Stratman, Life Coach

As a certified life coach and experienced first responder, Kimberly Stratman specializes in guiding individuals through transformative changes. She believes that everyone deserves to be challenged with respect and curiosity. By asking the right questions and genuinely listening to the answers, Kimberly helps individuals create and adapt to change in their life. Her approach is rooted in understanding, support, and empowerment, aiming to inspire action and foster meaningful growth.

Kimberly serves clients that are looking to find security in their current situation or who would like to identify and progress towards their next step.

While not coaching, writing, teaching or public speaking, Kimberly spends her time walking, running, bike riding, doing yoga and lifting weights. She loves to read, garden and cook. She has great joy hanging out with her 2 dogs and a pony named Coco.

By appointment only.

Personal Goals

Boundaries, Making New Friends, Learning Social Skills - these are some of the personal goals we see met through Life Coaching.

Professional Goals

Entrepreneur Skills, Personal Responsibility, and Public Speaking are professional goals set by you and the work place.

Aftercare Program

Sometimes when mental health therapy is completed, we can feel lost about what to do next. Life Coaching is an aftercare process that continues to build on all the work you’ve done in therapy.

We also work with companies using a team building approach!

Inspiring others to succeed. Increased awareness of leadership in uncertain and challenging times. Personal development and life skills, or professional skills. Trust as an organizational asset and the value of authenticity. Emotional and social intelligence. Resilience, self-awareness and self management. Empowering individuals and team.

Life Coaching is the self care step after your therapy goals have been completed but you’re still looking to meet other personal, professional, or educational goals.

  • Mindful Horsemanship is not psychotherapy and therefore not covered by insurance. It is a mindfulness practice not unlike yoga, prayer, meditation and other mindfulness practices. If the facilitator recognizes a need for therapy, she will refer you to The Hope Place or other licensed therapist for an intake assessment.

  • Life coaching is for Adults only at this time.

  • Anyone who is looking for personal or professional development. Leaders, couples, mothers, fathers, healthcare professionals, retired empty nesters and more.

Psychotherapy may not be necessary for someone who is interested in Life Coaching.

The addition of psychotherapy is optional, but not required. If our life coach believes that therapy is needed, she will refer you to a therapist for treatment.
