Jessica Clough LCSW
My professional background centers on working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. I began my career supporting veterans, first responders, and their families; populations I remain deeply connected to in my current work. I also serve adults navigating estranged relationships, particularly those shaped by high-conflict relationship dynamics. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and they come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, and a way forward.
I also work with individuals who are facing addiction, significant life transitions, or a loss of identity, helping them rediscover their sense of purpose and reconnect with their values. I understand the challenge in breaking free from patterns that keep us feeling stuck, and it’s my hope to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you truly want.
Upon request, I offer faith-based counseling as part of the therapeutic process. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), received Advanced/Enhanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), as well as certification in Multi-Channel Eye-Movement Integration (MEMI). I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) in the state of Texas.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
Jessica’s rate is $175 a session.

Do you have any questions we can answer about mental health treatment? Need help getting started?
If you’re tired of just reading self-help books and want to finally move out of survival mode, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a total game-changer. Instead of making you relive your past through endless talking, ART uses gentle eye movements and brain-body connection tools to help you process tough memories quickly—usually in just one to five sessions. It’s all about helping your brain and body finally team up so you can "keep the knowledge and lose the pain," letting you get back to living your life with the skills and knowledge of the past not surviving it.
