Rachel Nauss, LCSW-S, RPT

Children, Adults, Couples, and Families

Are you an adult looking for a therapist who sees you as a whole person - body, mind, and spirit? Or maybe you’re searching for the right therapist for your child and looking for someone who will let them be a child through play even in therapy. If either of these things are what you’re looking for, let's talk!

As a holistic therapist, I believe a person is more than just a mental health condition. I work with adults to understand their whole beings, considering things like nutrition, spirituality, and lifestyle. I also believe in the power of play. As a Registered Play Therapist, I let the child lead and communicate through playing and being a kid while partnering with parents every step of the way.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, email me today. I provide a calming atmosphere and also offer equine-assisted therapy when appropriate. Reach out today and let’s work together to consider the wellness of your whole being.

Rachel Nauss obtained a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Supervisor.  Rachel is also a Registered Play Therapist.

Jessica Clough LCSW

Teens and Adults

My professional background centers on working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. I began my career supporting veterans, first responders, and their families; populations I remain deeply connected to in my current work. I also serve adults navigating estranged relationships, particularly those shaped by high-conflict family dynamics. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and they come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, and a way forward. I also work with individuals who are facing addiction, significant life transitions, or a loss of identity, helping them rediscover their sense of purpose and reconnect with their values.

I understand how difficult it can be to break free from patterns that keep us feeling stuck, and it is my hope to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you truly want. Upon request, I offer faith-based counseling as part of the therapeutic process. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Jessica’s rate is $150 a session.
