Available Services
My initial consults are $195 for children, teens, and adults. Consults for couples and families add +$35. Initial sessions are between 45-50 minutes long.
In our initial consult you can expect to fill out intake paperwork, meet me, and see the property. We will ensure that I am a good fit for your family and we will discuss goals for our sessions. If in our initial consult you decide that I am not a good fit, I will provide you with referrals so that you are not left wondering where to go next.
Parents, my initial consult for children is for the parents only. I want to hear from you what help you’re needing for your child before we bring them to the office. Little ears don’t need to hear the negative things we may need to discuss.

Does Tom use EMDR?
Yes. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess difficult or traumatic memories so they carry less distress. Tom offers EMDR for clients working through trauma, anxiety, and painful past experiences.
Does Tom offer Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)?
Yes. CPRT is a play-based approach where Tom coaches parents in the skills play therapists use, so the parent-child relationship itself becomes the path to healing. It's a strong fit for families feeling disconnected or stuck in power struggles.
What happens at the first session?
