The Hope Place has partnered with Lauren Diaz LCSW, PLLC to provide our community with access to mental health services using their insurance.
Lauren accepts BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Health, and Optum.
As an educated and empathetic social worker and mental health advocate with years of experience working in crisis intervention and mental/behavioral health services, I have continually leveraged strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
With varied professional experience providing social work in both educational and medical environments, I am able to adapt quickly to meet the specific needs of clients, leveraging extensive knowledge of available resources to ensure they receive the treatment, medication, and services they need to live their best life. In addition, I have facilitated individual/group therapy sessions and personal development programs, teaching clients essential life skills and guiding them towards healthy coping techniques.
I have been commended by patients and fellow staff for my consistently high quality and patient-centric care. I work hard to establish trust and understanding with all of my clients, as I believe that trust is the key to truly helping others.

MSW: a graduate degree that trains clinicians for advanced work in clinical practice, community programs, and policy.
LCSW-S: a state license showing the clinician has required experience and supervision to do clinical social work and to supervise other social workers.
CPT - Certified Personal Trainer. I received training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to provide individual training to help individuals reach their goals.
CES - Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. This specialty helps me know what exercises to implement to improve posture and identify muscle imbalances that may cause a chain reaction in the body.
